The coastal tourist resort of Montenegro, Budva is developed around a peninsula, and is the most visited destination of the country. Budva Riviera is famous with its historical monuments, beautiful beaches, bars, nightclubs and resorts. 

Places of Interest
Budva Old Town, Altstadt is more than 2,5 thousand years old and consists of ancient narrow streets and beautiful squares. With many restaurants, bars, cafes and boutiques, The Altstadt is an ideal place to visit for dinner or souvenir shopping.

    

Visit the Budva Ballerina Statue, also named “Gymnast from Budva” which is a bronze sculpture of a dancing girl by sculptor Gradimir Aleksić on a rock in Mongren Beach, with the Altstadt and the Adriatic Sea in the background. The statue is now the symbol of Budva.
At the highest point of the Altstadt Budva’s Citadela Fortress is located, that was constructed for defense purpose in the 9th century. The Citadela was employed as an army barracks in World War 2 and today functions as the town museum with a restaurant and a library.

Beaches such as Becici Beach, Beach Greco, Old Town Beach and Ploce Beach are ideal places for a day in the sea. You can also take a boat to Sveti Nikola, that is also known as “Hawaii” due its tropical turquoise ocean water, with tall, sheer cliffs over the beaches. Walk alongside the Promenade for some soothing experience and enjoy the beauty of the coast before leaving Budva.
Spare a night to party at Top Hill, that is one of the most famous club in Europe, that is accommodating up to 5000 people and is located on Topliš hill overlooking the city of Budva.
